Customised version of DMPonline available for Oxford's researchers

A good data management plan can help researchers get the most out of their data, saving time and reducing stress. Funders frequently require data management plans as part of grant applications.

DMPonline is a free, web-based tool for creating data management plans for research projects. A customised Oxford version of the tool is now available.

How DMPonline can help researchers

DMPonline provides templates and guidance for writing a plan. The customised version, supported by Research Data Oxford, allows researchers to view targeted advice and pointers to local resources and services. Feedback on draft data management plans is also available.

Researchers who have previously used the generic version of DMPonline will still be able to use the same login credentials, and will retain access to any plans already on the system.
